Mize CPAs Inc. has been honored for the second consecutive year as one of the Top Workplaces in the USA for 2025, as issued by Energage. Making it in one of the top spots for businesses headquartered in Kansas (150-499 employees) to receive this distinction, along with the Great Plains regional award.

The Top Workplaces designation is awarded based on in-depth feedback collected through the anonymous Energage Workplace Survey, reflecting Mize’s supportive community, and rewarding work environment for its employees. Key insights from the survey include:
Eighty-three percent of employees enjoy the overall workplace experience, an increase of three percent from 2024.
“Respected & Supported” was ranked No. 1 overall for workplace experience themes.
The “Fairly Valued” workplace theme increased by six percent from the previous year.

Energage reached out to over 1.8 million employees to take part in the Top Workplaces USA survey. With results highlighting standout organizations committed to exceptional workplace experience. The companies recognized on the Top Workplaces USA list span over 60 markets and are selected entirely based on feedback from employees, gaining insight from a survey.
This year, the most represented sectors included services, financial services & insurance, and healthcare. The survey revealed that the average overall workplace experience score for participating companies was between 75%-78%. Mize CPAs exceeded this benchmark with a score of 83%.
The Top Workplaces USA program offers organizations an opportunity to evaluate their standing in the market while encouraging them to look beyond their competition and focus on improving their workplace environments.
